*Compensation ranges from $24-$28 per hour plus company vehicle, and fuel and maintenance card.
Willing to travel approximately 50% (throughout California)**

**Summary:**You will start by learning each department from the ground up. You’ll earn several certifications and be provided with close guidance and mentorship throughout a 6 month period. The more areas of our business you master, the higher your earning ability will be.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:**Learning/Training Milestone:**

CONFERENCE CALLS: How to properly prepare and contribute to conference calls, operations meetings, and brainstorming based on your relationships and intelligence gathered in the field.
DEVELOPING POLICIES/PILOT PROGRAMS: how to present a problem with solutions, develop and implement a pilot test, gathering and analyzing data from the pilot and implementing a solution/policy.
BUDGETING: Develop a moderate familiarity with budgeting ; regularly monitor expenses and reduce spending if necessary
COMMUNICATION: Become an expert at properly providing feedback, suggestions, developing trustful relationships with a diverse team.
QUALITY ASSURANCE: Perform regular job drop ins – quality assurance
POLICY IMPLEMENTATION: Develop critical execution skills to ensure that delivery of processes, regulation changes, and training results in the achievement of the highest customer expectations
MENTOR/LEADERSHIP: Throughout your training, you will learn (hands on) how to provide support to a team, create an environment in which communication flows freely and transparently, communication is high and there are trustful relationships based on partnership. Your success will be measured by the effectiveness and efficiency of the team you will lead/support as well as how much they trust you.
