Job Description : SEARCH Group Partners is seeking a Corporate Recruiter for a client of ours in Salt Lake City, UT. We are looking for a strategic, self-starter, innovative and progressive recruiter to join our client’s HR team to assist in their recruiting needs. We are looking for someone who can assist the hiring manager in planning, developing, and implementing recruiting strategies to ensure high quality candidates are available as needed.
Here are some things you will likely find yourself doing in this role…
·Recruit for a variety of exempt and non-exempt roles in all areas of the company, including our three companies
· Prepare job postings and other materials in accordance with our internal recruitment standards
·Leverage social media, multiple network sources, online tools, industry relationships, to identify and recruit top talent
·Establish DE&I initiatives to attract and retain diverse candidates
·Respond to hiring managers regarding inquiries about recruitment activities and status of job vacancies.
·Contact candidates, schedule interviews, and develop interview questions and conduct interviews with the hiring manager in a manner that is efficient and equitable.
·Interview, rank and short-list candidates based on the job’s pre-established selection criteria
·Prepare job offer materials in accordance with the job specifications so successful candidates have all information needed to make an employment decision.
·Consult with leaders regarding best practices
·Track relevant metrics and report regularly to senior leaders
·Sit on the DE&I Committee
Here is what you need to have…
· 4 to 6 years of recruiting/talent acquisition experience for a variety of positions at all levels in the organization.
· Exceptional technical recruiting capability is required.
· Solid computer skills including Excel, PowerPoint and Word
· Strong verbal and written communication
· Ability to work with limited supervision and high motivation
· Good reasoning abilities, sound judgment
· Bachelor’s degree in HR, or related field preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
