Position : Customer Service Representative/Call Center (In Office) | $19
Job Description : The Customer Experience Associate (CEA) is accountable for assisting the customer in a way that minimizes the customer time and effort to resolve their issue. They only provide accurate information and follow client processes. The CEA establishes a positive emotional connection with the customer and connect them to the brand.
The CEA is responsible for processing back-end documents, verifying accounts, and sending additional documents including through text message, email, and Docusign. The CEA assists with customer callback requests, live calls, chats, and other contact channels. They are responsible for providing knowledgeable information to customers with questions about financial related questions, including cryptocurrency and retirement plan options like 401k and IRA’s.
The CEA reports to the Team Leader or Lead Agent.
Core Responsibilities:
Show up for assigned shifts and follow scheduled lunches and breaks on time.
Work with leadership and other team members to reach internal deadlines for processing and customer correspondence.
Review and process account applications for customers according to client expectations and documented process.
Contact customers to obtain new or missing information required to process their request.
Care for customers in accordance with ClearSource standards of quality:
Accuracy – always give only correct information and follow established processes
Connection – emotionally connect the customer with our client’s brand
Ease – focus on one-contact resolution while minimizing the customer’s time and effort to resolve the issue
