Job Description : SUMMARY
The customer service agent registers guest, makes reservation and addresses the guest needs by providing excellent service during the stay.
DUTIES

Greets, check-in guests, assigns the room
Handles payment, guest records with a high degree of integrity
Quickly resolves guest requests and complaints
Answers the phone and takes guest’s messages
Prints the registration card, keeps the desk area clean and presentable
Coordinates shuttle activities
Provide information on local attractions and direction to the guests
Keeps detail record of important activities in log book
Responsible for the cash drawer for the shift

Qualifications
College education, high energy and a strong focus on customer service.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $12.50 – $14.00 per hour
