GLOBAL LOGISTICS, FULFILLMENT PRODUCT MANAGER

We are building a Digital First Supply Chain at Scale that delivers on four dimensions of our consumer promise: Service, Cost, Convenience, and Sustainability. As a Product Manager supporting Global Fulfillment, you will lead efforts in close partnership with Business, Product and Technology teams to (1) design and deploy global capabilities and (2) create and maintain product roadmaps. You will work closely with Global and Geography business teams to align a Global Strategy, quantify the Global Business Case(s) and document Global business requirements. Additionally, you will work closely with Marketplace Operations, Business Product Management, Technical Product Management, Enterprise Architecture and System Enterprise Capability teams to align global, scalable high-level design, prioritization and sequencing of Global capabilities rooted in business value.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Regularly collaborate with Business to define new capability requirements and sequencing based on business value;
Maintain Global Product Roadmaps for all Global Fulfillment Products, including introduction of new products as proofs of concept, upgrading from old to new product and divesting of products at end of life;
Create and optimize standard intake to manage business requests for enhancements to Global Products;
Consistently manage cross-functional, cross-Geography stakeholder communication.

WHAT YOU BRING TO NIKE:
A minimum of 4+ years relevant experience in Supply Chain, Distribution and/ or Product Management
Strong understanding of Supply Chain processes and technology, predominantly in Fulfillment (ex. Warehouse Management Systems, Labor Management Systems, Yard Management Systems)
Ability to create and optimize global product roadmaps based on business value
Proficiency working with business & technology teams to develop global, scalable system designs to enable critical capabilities
Demonstrated ability to work in a large, matrixed organization, successfully influencing others and building relationships
