As Alpha Warranty Services Product Strategy Manager, you are responsible for ensuring our line of products are effectively designed and positioned to address the needs of our customers. You will drive market penetration of existing products, while evaluating new and adjacent opportunities.

At Alpha Warranty, you’ll have the opportunity to connect and collaborate with members of our amazing team for success in your job responsibilities, which include:
Manage AWS product offering, driving market penetration of existing products. Identify and evaluate opportunities for new products, and product sunset as needed.
Analyze sales trends to identify shifts in customer behavior. Develop action plans to address changes as needed.
Monitor market trends impacting our products, developing strategies to achieve a market leader position.
Own and manage competitive analysis for AWS competitors, ensuring our products are effectively positioned in the marketplace.
Participate in pricing strategy discussions considering competitive landscape and product placement.
Aid in development of sales tools and training to drive desired sales performance.
Participate in Voice of Customer research to develop deep understanding of customer needs.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously from concept to delivery, through a proven project management process.
. Requirements:
What you need for success:
BA degree required (preferably Marketing or Business); Masters strongly preferred
Minimum of 3 years product management experience preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
Project management experience required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams to execute initiatives in a timely manner.
Ability to manage multiple tasks that vary in complexity and priority.
Ability to develop relationships throughout all organizational layers.
