WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
The Business Operations Project Coordinator will coordinate execution of North America Consumer Services (NACS) owned and driven projects, initiatives, and programs. This candidate will be solution-oriented: capable of applying a broad knowledge of existing infrastructure capabilities and service offerings with a detailed and realistic roadmap to track and push for timely project completion.
The ideal candidate is well organized with exceptional attention to detail, who is comfortable pushing for on time execution. They will passionately represent the voice of the consumer and will be able to see both granular details and the overall vision. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong bias toward action, continuous improvement, and a design thinking approach to deploying projects, initiatives, and/or programs.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
You will spend your time building and maintaining cross-functional relationships, documenting all tracks of work, and you will establish and follow processes to identify and complete key project achievements and deliverables. You will facilitate project intake, ensuring that the most impactful tracks of work are prioritized, and making informed recommendations if trade-offs are vital. You will also supervise key problem tickets and tech incidents, pushing for prioritized resolution, and develop a method of reporting status.
During a typical day/week, you will attend several cross-functional program / project status meetings, you will meet internally with NACS Leadership Team, you’ll maintain updated portfolio reporting, and you’ll obsess execution of our NACS strategic initiatives. You’ll also work closely with our CS Digital tech partners and other key tech teams.
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
As a Portfolio Manager, you will be a part of the Business Operations team. You’ll partner extensively with all internal North America Consumer Services functions (Service Experience, Elite Services Team, Nike Experts on Demand, Nike Social Team, Partner Operations), as well as various tech teams, Nike Digital Operations, Supply Chain, Online to Offline team, and Connected Marketplace functions.

WHAT YOU BRING
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or combination of relevant education, experience, and training
Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience with an emphasis in Program Management, Portfolio Management, Program Management, Design Thinking, or Consumer Experience Design.
Ability to drive results and influence others towards a business objective regardless of reporting structure.
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint or Keynote skills required
Experience handling sophisticated partner engagements, leading projects with multiple contributors/influencers, facilitating meetings, and delivering presentations to senior leadership
Experience working with project management tools: Jira, Confluence, Airtable, Aha.
Ability to work independently in fast-paced environment, balancing multiple deliverables with tight deadlines
