We are now accepting applications for our Retail Banking Staffing Coordinator position. This position will work out of our Centerville office for six months, and then will offer a hybrid schedule, working both in-office and at home, dependent upon satisfactory performance. The ideal candidate for this position will have the skills and experience necessary to:

Provides support to financial centers by performing a variety of operational, administrative, project, and technical duties to provide retail banking support.

Schedules and supervise work schedules of employees by accepting shift requests from financial centers and coordinating with shift availability of Retail Support employees.

Coordinates and communicates across retail banking and operational departments to ensure needs are being met.

Compiles statistical and allocation reports.

Schedules and organizes training and orientation for retail banking employees.

Holds weekly operations/sales meetings to ensure Retail Support employees are trained and educated on proper banking terms, products, and procedures.

Assists with recruiting; including scheduling and conducting interviews, as well as holding welcome calls with new employees

Responsible for employee timekeeping and approving time-off

Responsible for performance coaching of employees

Employee engagement, and problem solving skills highly preferred

Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Requires a High School diploma or equivalent and 1+ years of banking, bank operations, or other directly related experience.

Supervisor experience preferred.

Working knowledge of banking, branch operations, and accounting principles.

Ability to supervise and coordinate temporary employees.

Good organizational, problem resolution, client relation, and communication skills, both verbal and written.

Knowledge of computer software including spreadsheet, word processing, etc.
