This is a full-time, in office position
We have an excellent opportunity for a full-time Financial Analyst based in our Irvine, CA office. As a member of the Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis team, the Financial Analyst will provide financial analysis, budgeting and reporting support for the organization.
General Responsibilities
Assist in the annual budgeting process and provide budget to actual analysis
Complete regular reporting, forecasting and performance analysis
Provide analytical support to various areas of the business
Prepare ad hoc analysis, as requested
Work cross-functionally in support of all stakeholders as a business partner
Help identify new systems and controls
Maintain confidentiality of financial information
Work Schedule + Benefits
Full-time, Exempt
Office Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm

Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in business, finance, accounting, economics, or related field
2-3+ years of relevant accounting or finance experience
Internal employees will be considered with less experience as long as they meet the educational requirements
Strong understanding of accounting a plus
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Experience with Tableau and Oracle Essbase a plus
Exceptional analytical, quantitative, written and verbal communication skills
Discretion and ability to handle sensitive financial information
Strong Customer service skills; have a sincere desire to serve the customer and the team
