Job Description : Software Technology Group is looking for Technical Recruiters to join our team! This position requires someone who is passionate about building relationships, can initiate contact with candidates, conduct screening interviews, prepare resumes, network, and negotiate employment offers. This is a full-time position with full benefits.

Ability to reach out to and phone screen potential candidates
Experience conducting personal interviews to identify job, personality and culture fit of candidate
Knowledge of the technical environment and industry
Experience working with Account Managers and clients
Working knowledge of maintaining candidate relationships and candidate pipelines
Strong ability and experience with negotiation packages
Experience working with candidate tracking software systems
Knowledge of employee onboarding, training and retention
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and team building skills
Desired Skills & Experience
Previous experience running a full cycle recruiting desk
