Job Description : Your Job

Corporate Systems is a new group, we deliver technology solutions and provide service/support for Workday and other systems used by HR, Finance, and other Corporate Functions.

The Platform Management group within Corporate Systems is responsible for technical operations in this area. This includes fulfilling service requests (reporting, security, data maintenance), vendor management (vendor release planning, vendor reporting, other maintenance), and other operational activities needed to provide, maintain, and improve high service levels to the business users of these systems.

We are looking for an experienced analyst who is able to be a key contributor to this new group, continually improve processes, and mature our overall organization.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement Security groups and permissions in Workday and other platforms
Develop and implement reports in Workday and other platforms
Perform technical operations such as complex data loads and manual execution of integrations
Perform all operations needed for tenant and release/promotion of new functionality
Work with IT Help Desk to address and resolve technical issues and other user-reported incidents
Support IT Audit and Compliance activities
Conduct analysis and deliver reports on system use and health as well as feature adoption
Assist with system testing activities
Document new platform management processes
Contribute to team knowledge management activities

Who You Are

Requirements

3+ years of experience in an IT Analyst or Developer role specifically administering the Workday platform
Experience administering Security roles and access in Workday
Experience implementing reports, queries, and dashboards
Experience administering or supporting a variety of IT systems and platforms preferred
Experience with Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) or other IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks
Experience developing knowledge base and other knowledge management activities
Strong organizational skills
Strong communication and collaboration skills

Salary Range Disclaimer

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Indeed salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Indeed’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include quarterly bonuses, Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), an open Paid Time Off policy, and many region-specific benefits.

Salary Range Transparency

US Remote 87,000 – 125,000 USD per year
