A mixture of inbound and outbound calls to customers who are anywhere from 5-45 days past due on their auto loan
Most calls will be reminders to customers who are 5-6 days past due on their loan
Other calls will be problem solving with customers on how to make their payments
This can be by setting up partial payments or getting a payment extension
** Hybrid, remote role after training
