Job Description : FABULOUS OPPORTUNITY for the right individual. Our Endo Specialty Practice is seeking a talented experienced Dental Business Manager. Candidate must have superb communication skills and demonstrate strong organizational skills and be able to multi task and juggle many tasks. We pride ourselves on excellent patient care and giving patients that Wow factor!
Attitude is everything, looking for someone with initiative, confidence, ability to communicate with doctors, staff and patients and works well under pressure. Must have a proven ability to run a practice and understands all aspects of a practice.
Some of the duties include:
Select, onboard, train, coach, and retain world-class team members
Review, analyze and use business reports to identify missed opportunities and recommend and implement best practices and systems needed to positively impact office performance
Management of personnel
Overseeing of business operations, reports, financial planning
HR and team development.
Serve as a business partner to the supported Doctor, ensuring the office delivers unparalleled support and service to both Doctor and team.
