Job Description : We are hiring an Assistant Manager to help oversee our fast-paced 300+ unit apartment community in the Denver area. This individual will maintain resident files, assist the leasing staff, post necessary notices, step in when the manager is not on site, and more!
Preferred Qualifications:
– Previous experience in similar role
– Customer service attitude
– Sales and bookkeeping experience
– Team player
– Experience using Property Management software
