This position is temporarily remote but will eventually return to the office located at 2900 South Diablo Way as conditions permit.

We offer a generous competitive compensation package that includes:
Hourly wage of $17.50 to $21.00 based on your years of experience
A generous incentive plan where the average additional earning is between $1200 – $1400 per month

A role you will love
5 weeks of paid training Monday-Friday 8am–5pm starting on May 9th
A set Monday-Friday schedule within the hours of 5am–8pm

Some of your key responsibilities will include:
Responsible for making outbound collection calls and receiving inbound calls from customers on past due accounts
Identify payment problems and solutions
Ask appropriate fact-finding questions and provide accurate company information
Follow basic call script and adheres to all company policies and procedures
Follow through on commitments made to customer
What will you bring to the role?
We are looking for collectors who bring a real passion for helping people and can provide strategic resolutions and top-tier customer service to our clients.
Other key skills required for the role include:
Previous experience in collections – required
Must reside in the Phoenix AZ metropolitan area
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) – required
10+Mbps of high-speed internet connectivity.
Dedicated personal landline or cell phone for usage during hours of operation
Mortgage Loan Servicing experience – preferred
Preferred:
Previous experience in customer service and/or sales
1-2 years Call Center experience
Mortgage Loan Servicing experience
