Providence is calling a Call Center Representative (Call Center, Evening Shift, 0.8 FTE) to Providence St. Patrick Hospital in Missoula, Montana. We are a community of caregivers delivering every day on our Mission to provide compassionate care that is accessible for all – especially those who are poor and vulnerable.

In this position you will:
Perform duties as a hospital Switchboard (PBX) operator for multiple hospitals (including all internal departments), clinics, provider practices and groups within the WMR.
Serve as an After Hours Answering Service for multiple providers, hospitals, clinics and critical service providers within the WMR.
Coordinate critical communications equipment repair for St. Patrick Hospital providers and staff as well as providers and staff of associated clinics and practices.
Ensure consistently high standards of customer service and customer satisfaction.
Quickly identify and respond to customer feedback and complaints in a professional manner. Support coworkers and exemplify teamwork.
Attend unit and team meetings and participates. Miss no more than departmental meeting/year excluding valid exemptions.
Obtain signatures so loaner equipment can be tracked to ensure its return. Provide current directions to departments at network sites
Qualifications:
Required qualification for this position include:
1 year experience in an office or health-care setting
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
Prior employment as an operator
