Position : Dental Scheduling Coordinator
Job Description : At Serenity Dental Spa, we are committed to providing the best oral care in the most comfortable and relaxing spa environment.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking individual to help run the front lines of our office. Our everyday schedule is fast-paced and filled with exciting challenges. We are looking to hire an experience dental treatment coordinator whom is truly wonderful communicating with patients, planning treatments for acceptance, managing finances, and coordinating schedules for our patients.
Our treatment & financial planner will play a lead role in helping to imagine, design and create a world-class patient experience.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Eaglesoft experience is preferred but willing to train
Dedication to providing patients with a comfortable, welcoming and efficient experience
Determination to streamline processes and to find answers to open-ended problems
Capacity to learn quickly and to apply knowledge on the spot
Flexibility to adapt to rapidly changing priorities and an openness to assist wherever needed
Aptitude at anticipating and preventing problems, issues, and roadblocks before they materialize while strategizing for when things go wrong
Motivation to help our team succeed and to build a world-class spa patient experience
JOB DESCRIPTION
Booking appointments for two doctors
Collecting patient portions at appointment
Creating and explaining accurate treatment plans
etc.

Pay: $17.00 – $29.00 per hour
Schedule:
Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay:
Bonus pay
COVID-19 considerations:All patient’s and staff are required to wear a mask,common surfaces are sanitized regularly

San Francisco, CA 94104: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
