Position : Caregiver/Med Tech
Job Description : Visions Assisted Living of Mesa is looking for compassionate, fun, energetic individuals to join our caregiving team! We looking to hire Caregivers/Med Tech for all shifts. Part-time and full-time opportunity are available.

Responsibilities:
Our Caregivers are responsible for caring for our elderly residents, assisting them in all daily living (ADLs), documenting and notifying RCC and nurse of any changes or concerns in our residents’ condition, as well as all duties given them as assigned by the Administrator or RCC.
Requirements:
Basic computer skills
Self-Starter and able to work independently
Ability to work as part of a team and to handle multiple tasks safely and effectively
High tolerance for working under pressure and handling critical situations with a cool head
Good communication skills, such as being able to communicate effectively with residents, staff, family members, and professionals. Including the ability to communicate sensitive information with empathy (“bedside manner”)
Possess a love for the elderly
Have a positive and compassionate attitude
Know how to Create Fun, Smile, and Laughter
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $14.00 – $18.50 per hour
