There is currently one position available working in a professional healthcare job that is all about HELPING people GET BETTER. Desert Valley Chiropractic continues to grow and needs to hire a Chiropractic Assistant / PT Technician. Chiropractic Assistants at Desert Valley Chiropractic deliver exceptional and professional service to our patients. Chiropractic Assistants need to be willing to train in our clinic’s specific systems. You need to be a happy, self-starting, goal oriented, good communicator. You’ll be working with patients of all ages. You will assist with patient care and light rehab. You will learn to use electronic health records. You will learn how to check insurances and explain benefits. You will assist with the check in, check out and scheduling of patients. You will assist with marketing, social media, and some event planning. You need to have a GREAT attitude about life and people. If you do, this might be the perfect job for you! We’ll train you and help you grow. This position is available immediately.
You must be willing to commit to the days and shifts as a key member of our team. The ideal candidate is looking to spend at least two years learning and growing with our team.

Approx 30 hrs/wk
Must be available for all shifts
8:30-6:00 M,W, TH (1hr lunch) F 8:30-1:00 approx. 29-30/hrs. per week.
Experience in healthcare is not necessary but is beneficial! Prior customer service and hospitality/restaurant experience is a plus!
The right candidate must be able to:
Attend and participate in staff meetings and trainings
Be able to stand for 6 consecutive hours
Lift 5 lbs. and occasionally lift or carry up to 20 lbs.
Able to reach hands and arms in any direction, kneel, stoop or crouch repeatedly
Work occasional weekends (approx. 4-5x a year for marketing events)
A pleasant demeanor and passion for great customer service
Exceptional communication skills: written, verbal, and non-verbal
A genuine interest for and an ever-growing healthy lifestyle
