Position Requirements:

Proof of right to work in the US.
Must be a hard worker and a team player.
Carry Out many tasks that require physical labor.
Must have reliable transportation to travel from jobsite to jobsite.
Possess or obtain, steel-toed boots, working pouches, tape measure, framing hammer, 12 lb. sledgehammer, and rubber mucking boots.
Ability to work in various weather conditions.
Knowledge of safety standards pertaining to construction field.
During peak season, ability to work overtime and occasional weekends.
Always follow the dress code and compliance of proper PPE.
Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
We use E-Verify to verify the identity and employment eligibility of all persons hired.
Candidates must also have a clean record and be able to pass a background check to work on local Military bases.

Education:

High School Degree or GED.
Must be at least 18 years old

Physical Requirements:

Body Position: Must be able to sit, stand, and walk for extensive periods of time.
Body Movement: Must be able to stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl and have full use of hands, fingers and arms. Ability to occasionally lift moderate to heavy loads.
Vision: Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus rapidly.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Demo worksites and prepare them for new concrete pour or placement
Mix concrete
Pour or place concrete
Install rebar, expansion joints, or carbon fiber
Repair concrete structures
Apply finishing coat
Follow all safety protocols when using tools and equipment
Clean up the worksite when the project is complete
