This position takes ownership of critical administrative functions surrounding the entire service sales order process. If you feel that you are task oriented, can work in a fast pace work environment, have excellent organization skills and have the ability to spark a friendly conversation with anyone you meet, this position may be for you.Responsibilities: Data entry of all service-related Sales Orders and Parts Orders, including all corresponding paperwork into our ERP and Salesforce softwareMay serve as backup for data entry on new system sales and other ADV activities as neededActively review customer PO’s in ERP system and customer portalsUtilize ERP and Salesforce to track PO’s at all stages of processAccurately acknowledging purchase orders from customers, distributors and other Lumibird entitiesAddresses customer inquiries in a professional and calm manner via phone, e-mail and walk-in trafficWork with shipping to confirm accuracy of shipmentsProactively research questions and issues relating to orders and follow up as necessaryMake required revisions to PO’s as needed (including qty changes, delivery date changes or item changes)Maintain Customer filesPerforms customer follow-up calls and addresses billing issues.Coordinates and maintains Service Tracker (X3 and Salesforce database) queue and the activities of the Customer Service personnel. Prepares and presents status and activity reports to the local Customer Service ManagerPrimary administrative responsibility for the configuration and maintenance of Customer services utilization of Salesforce and the case module within.
