As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll play a vital role in enabling first call resolution in a constantly evolving environment using a variety of tools and technology. In the process, you’ll handle a broad range of customer service calls ranging from billing and payments to plan changes and upgrades. While you offer solutions and resolve issues, you’ll work to transition each call to a sales opportunity; working to meet daily and monthly sales goals. Your consultative approach to customers’ needs will deliver personalized recommendations of DIRECTV products and services.
This position comes with competitive compensation up to $22 per hour (base salary plus incentives) to new hire employees! A virtual workplace opportunity may be available upon completion of on-site new hire training if the employee meets certain virtual/work-from-home qualifications and requirements.

What you’ll do:

Answer customer requests or inquiries concerning services and products and reports problem areas.
Utilize various systems and tools to initiate to assist and service customers.
Continually maintain working knowledge of all company products, services and promotions.
Make recommendations according to customer’s needs.
Utilize operational systems to process purchases of all products and services.
Administer system functions on all opening, closing, and balancing procedures to according to finance guidelines

What you’ll need:

At least one year customer service experience
Call Center experience
Advanced typing/keyboarding skills
