What We Are Looking For:
Start New Financial is looking for enthusiastic, customer service representatives who are ready to jump start or develop their career in a fun, exciting, rapidly growing environment in the MESA, AZ area. We offer detailed training plans to get our representatives to a team lead or higher-level position as soon as possible. A typical day for a Customer Service Representative consists of making and answering inbound and outbound calls to maintain rapport with our clients, making payment changes, making higher level judgement calls on a client’s file, sending text and emails to our clients, etc. We are looking for English and Spanish speakers.
Key Responsibilities:

Answer client questions or concerns in a timely, informative, and professional manner via phone
Calmly attempts to resolve and de-escalate any issues
Frequently check-in with clients to confirm their satisfaction of services provided
Exhibit expert knowledge regarding our service

Qualifications:

High School Diploma / GED Required
Previous Call Center Experience Required – 6 months minimum, 1 year preferred
Previous Debt Settlement Experience Preferred
Previous Leadership Skills Preferred

Essential Skills:

Candidates who are fluent in Spanish along with English are encouraged to apply
Ability to use a soft phone and computer systems
Strong listening/comprehension skills
You know how to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
You are a keen problem solver able to think on your feet
Pleasant, friendly attitude, with an ability to adapt to change
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
