Through continuous learning you are expected to clearly define our process for proper Guest Service Visit interactions, and through proper process and coaching maximize the experience and profitability of each Guest Interaction. This includes things like ensuring a Vehicle Health Report (Walk Around) is completed with every Guest, every time.
· Parts Sales and Aging. Working with our Parts Team to ensure efficient parts inventory management, as well as volume maximization on both retail and wholesale accounts, and gross margins are in order.
· Service Marketing. Managing and utilizing our DMS/CRM to ensure that we are communicating and maintaining relationships with our current Guests, as well as external marketing programs designed to acquire new business.
· Human Resources. Leadership, Hiring, Coaching, Managing, Discipline, Motivation, Termination … any and all HR activities around your departments.
