Guild is hiring a Director, Talent Operations to co-create and drive the Talent Operations function which enables our ability to scale our services internally to our teammates. This role will be instrumental in ensuring the organization is able to deliver on its Employee Value Proposition and talent management strategy so that Guild is a mission-aligned, diverse, inclusive, and supportive place to work!We are looking for an outstanding Director of Talent Operations who thrives in an environment driven by creativity, agility, risk-taking, high-growth, and operational impact that can help us understand where we are, identify risks, and guide us through an empathetic data-based approach.This is a senior level position that will report directly to Guild’s Head of Talent Management. This Director will lead a team with the potential to expand as the company and team grows.Responsibilities:

Operationalize the creative strategy and execution of outstanding talent management processes & programs at Guild – including process improvement, automation, tech implementation, and more.
Collaborate with leaders in Talent Management, People Operations, People Business Partners, and other key business areas to build and roll out the right tools and technology to improve team productivity and operational scalability.
Partner with key collaborators to build and roll out equitable and inclusive programs and outcomes for our employees.
Use your expertise in operational excellence and large-scale systems management to ensure initiatives are successfully planned, resourced, and carried out; and have strong success measures and are otherwise set up for success within the talent operations function and broader People team.
Enhance our usage of data, analytics, and other tracking measures to ensure we have accurate and insightful reporting around talent operations initiatives.
Lead a team that optimizes efficiency at scale across the talent operations function.

Required Proficiencies:

Deep experience in building and leading operations teams that drive forward and implement multiple strategic and tactical priorities in a fast-paced, changing environment.
Deep understanding of the recruiting lifecycle and process, and how to best optimize for effectiveness and efficiency.
Experience leading nuanced, org-wide initiatives, including supporting and leading large-scale projects with multiple contending priorities while partnering with leaders across the company for prioritization and implementation.
An ability to build personal credibility and impact through influencing others, leading people, and communicating clearly, including experience in facilitating diverse collaborator conversations, reaching consensus, and arriving at clear decisions.
Experience developing a talent operations measurement strategy and using analytics to measure the success of systems and processes.
Strong people development, mentoring, and feedback skills to enable the career growth of hard-working and engaged teams.
PMP and/or other Program & Project Management certifications
