Overview
Graphic Design is a powerful voice for our brands and brings our strategy to the surface in imaginative and beautiful ways that cast a spell on our audiences and gets them to take action. The Graphic Design Lead will work with Email Marketing, Social Media, Sales, Product Development, and other marketing disciplines to produce and design brand guidelines and campaigns, websites, social content, product labels and nothing short of the best marketing materials in the category and industry. Everything a brand does, talks. We are looking for a big creative thinker who can elevate our design at every touchpoint and within every inch of our company.
This position is primarily responsible for executing the strategic direction of the sales & marketing channels by designing content to reflect the brand’s vision.

Email Marketing, Social Media, Sales, Product Development, other marketing disciplines and Leadership
The kind of stuff you’ll be doing

Maintain the highest brand standards and works with Chief Marketing Officer to evolve brand guidelines
Create, execute, maintain, and help to evolve design solutions based on brand guidelines
Work with Social Media and Content to guide design of social media projects from concept to final product
Recommend design projects for all brands based on industry trends, brand lifecycle and past success
Design, develop and produce, with direction from Chief Marketing Officer and Leadership, both digital and print design assets including; logos, product packaging, labels, banners, websites, landing pages, social media content, banner ads, flyers, coupon cards, cards, in-store POP material, recruitment material and other marketing material
Executes, with direction from Chief Marketing Officer, branding projects from concept to reality
Updates and develops design ideas for new and existing packaging, including formatting per compliance regulations
Production of print-ready files, including proofing and production art
Update, review, and suggest upgrades for internal and external company website design
Attend proposal, outlining, and review meetings
Work with Social Media manager to create social media content and copy creation for all brands
Collaborates with all brands to incorporate social media into key company initiatives and events
Coordinates and facilitates design across all brands to support their social media objectives
Establishes consistency of design across multiple online venues that are relevant to AOP’s goals
Identify creative social media best practices on the design front to improve our customer and community engagement
Provide insight on industry best practices; seek innovative marketing approaches.
Develop intellectual curiosity

Are proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.) and experience working with AOP’s existing inventory management software
Are willing to travel for sales related functions

You Have At Least (Required Qualifications):

Bachelor’s degree or related experience in graphic design.
Strong understanding of the principles of design.
Expert in Adobe Creative Suite.
Understand printing process
Email marketing
Proficient in website content development

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
