We are seeking an energetic, self-motivated, and creative Graphic Designer who thrives in an open and team-based environment.
The BVH marketing team is responsible for promoting the mission and vision of BVH to potential clients and community partners, as well as supporting the efforts of BVH staff through visual, written, and digital creations. We are looking for someone who’s not afraid to take design ideas to the next level. You will help strategize and execute on marketing communication initiatives and projects through proposal development, website development, brand campaigns, and other opportunities to help grow BVH’s brand presence and reputation.
WHAT YOU WILL DO- Work collaboratively as part of the marketing team to develop materials and strategies for firm growth.- Attend various meetings pertaining to business development strategy, general firm marketing strategy, and other meetings as appropriate.- Work collaboratively with the business development team to create and produce proposal responses, interview materials, and other materials as needed.- Compile information, secondary research and/or other data for various projects and proposals.- Work with all members of the studio on an as-needed basis to develop materials such as presentations, signage, booklets, engagement materials, award submissions, etc.- Understand and maintain current brand standards and continue to grow the brand.- Develop innovative concepts and solutions that are on brand and strategy.- Produce campaign and other marketing and branding materials as needed.- Collaborate with project teams and consultants on design and concept development.- Assist with project photography.- Website content creation and quality assurance.
QUALIFICATIONS- 2+ years in graphic design and marketing related experience- Ability to manage design details and project deadlines—follow jobs through completion to ensure that the creative vision for the work is realized.- Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)- Drawing or illustration ability is beneficial- A passion for brainstorming and strategic thinking that drives creative, brand and marketing.- A design portfolio that demonstrates a solid understanding of print and digital design principles, versatility, and good design sense.

Pay: $55,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
