Schedule/Guaranteed Hours: The desired weekly schedule will be Monday- Friday 10:00 a.m.- 6:00 p.m, although they are somewhat flexible by a half hour or so.
About the Family:

They have one energetic & engaged 2 year old son. He is in school three mornings/week, and naps in the afternoons. Mom & dad like to be hands- on, so childcare will be limited.
Both parents are busy working professionals, who both travel often (50% of the year.)
They have a sweet labradoodle who is apart of this family.

About the Job:

All standard house manager/family assistant duties including childcare, light children’s laundry, managing home project list & scheduling home maintenance, managing projects from start to finish, routine service appointments, organizational projects, receiving deliveries, errands, providing administrative assistance, grocery shopping/shopping as needed, supervision of household staff, contractors, inventory management, and more.
Driving requirements-car provided or mileage reimbursement offered.
Travel required 5-8x/year, mainly up to their home in Aspen for a few days at a time.
All standard benefits, including 2+ weeks of PTO, paid major holidays and guaranteed hours are being offered. They are open on offering health insurance stipend or other perks, if desired.
Standard vaccinations required, including the covid vaccination.

The Ideal Candidate: This family is needing a consistent, reliable, & forward thinking household manager, who is two steps ahead – always. Must be a self-starter, discreet, kind, & confident in their day-to-day. Communication + collaboration with the family is important in weekly check-in’s. They have homes outside of Colorado, where they will spend a majority of the time. The house manager must be able to work independently. 10+ years of experience as a household manager required — looking for only the best & experienced, no-nonsense, mature candidates. Also, must have prior experience with toddlers!
Desired Start Date: ASAP, June 2022 latest
Rate of Pay (Gross): $30-$45+/hour, open based on experience & commitment level!
