Position : HR Recruiting Coordinator
Job Description : Community Bridges is currently seeking a Recruiting Coordinator.
Responsibilities:
Assists HR Manager, Corporate Recruiters and Hiring Leaders with administrative support. This consists of but not limited to
Coordinates in a timely matter scheduled interviews for hiring leaders using Microsoft Teams. Accurately track scheduled interview on New Applicant Report (NAR), This will be the critical focus of this position.
Responsible for job postings and refreshing posts with Dayforce
Responsible for updating Staffing Grids to ensure accuracy in job posting
Able to take on additional assigned duties as need
Coordinates the collection and preparation of reports, graphs, tables, records and other sources of information for meetings and deliverables.
Provides support coordination of recruitment projects and related services to hiring managers, recruitment team members, and others.
Assists recruitment team with customized screening and initial contact of applicants to determine qualification and interest level.
Assists with identifying issues affecting recruitment and implementing recruitment activities to continuously improve process.
Provides support coordination of recruitment projects and related services to supervisors, hiring managers, recruitment team members, and others.
Supervisory Responsibilities: This position has no supervisory responsibilities.Education and/or Experience
High School Graduate
Associates Degree in business related field preferred
A minimum of two (2) years of administrative or other related experience required.
Any similar combination of education and experience will be taken into consideration.
Must be 21 years or older
