Job Description : The HR Generalist will partner with the HR Manager for the overall administration of the divisional Human Resources functions for our 6 operations located in 5 states.
Provides strategic and tactical guidance, advice and support on the full range of issues pertaining to the operations and delivery of HR services, including but not limited to, consultation on complex or sensitive personnel matters, allocation of workforce resources, employee development, and development and execution of general HR strategies and plans.
Duties will involve all facets of Human Resources not limited to the following:

Timekeeping & Payroll preparation/review
Employee Relations
Performance Management
Training & Development
Recruitment, Onboarding
Leaves of Absence, ADA, FMLA, CFRA
Benefit Enrollments
Reporting

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $53,000.00 – $67,000.00 per year
Schedule:

Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

Glendale, AZ: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Work Location: One location
