The Role:
The HR Administrator will support the North America Customer Center (NACC) HR Manager and team with day-to-day administrative tasks. This role will be responsible for providing service, advice, and support projects and initiatives for their employee group. The NACC supports approximately 400-500 employees and contractors across multiple locations in the United States.
Creates and maintains employee digital personnel files.
Coordinates background screens, drug screens, and pre-employment physicals.
Processes all new hires and employee data changes in HR LINK/SuccessFactors, including terminations.
Processes new contractor set up and data changes in HR LINK, including terminations.
Be the SME and first escalation point for HR LINK, Learning Link issues.
Coordinates new hire onboarding and serves as back up for new employee orientations.
Coordinates the relocation payment processing.
Manages HR vendors for background checks, physical exams, drug screening, and invoices.
Processes i-9 verification and E-verify, conducts regular audits of the same.
Conducts monthly data audits and clean up – new hire data, demographic information, group reporting data, etc.
Assigns Learning Link HR trainings to new hires.
Promotes the company’s benefits programs through various communication channels (email, SharePoint, etc.) to raise awareness and appreciation of current benefit offerings.
Collaborates with the rest of the HR and Communication teams in the creation and maintenance of the HR SharePoint site.
Serves as a back-up to the payroll admin as needed.
Develops simplified job aids for identified administrative and system processes.
Manages COVID-related activities such as the following: attestation forms collection, vaccination status tracking, FAQ’s, exemptions tracking and weekly testing review.
Helps initiate the process for tuition reimbursement application and coordinate the tracking and reimbursement processing with payroll.
Responds to employee inquiries about benefits, payroll, HR systems, etc. and directs them to the appropriate contact.
Provides support to the HRM, HRG, and Talent Acquisition Specialist as needed.
Maintains punctual, regular, and predictable attendance; works collaboratively in a team environment with a spirit of cooperation.
Respectfully takes direction from (supervisor/ manager) and other duties as assigned.

Relevant Previous experience
Minimum of three years HR administrative experience
Advanced Excel Skills
Knowledge areas/Skills
Able to handle heavy workloads and prioritize own work. A flexible approach, able to cope with a constantly changing environment and priorities.
Proactive, strong attention to detail; exercises good use of independent judgement.
High level of integrity and professionalism.
Responsible with confidential and sensitive information.
