Position : Ice Cream Scooper
Job Description : Milkbox Icecreamery is located in Denver’s Historic Union Station at the heart of downtown. We hold ourselves to the highest standards of guest satisfaction while serving Denver’s own Brix Ice Cream.
A strong work ethic and desire to be in customer service experience is a must.
Scoopers that succeed at Milkbox Icecreamery are:
Committed to customer satisfaction and service excellence.
Willing to work as part of a high-energy, efficient team in a fast-paced environment.
Able to stay focused and positive in both busy periods (think after a hockey or football game) and slower times (rainy or snowy fall/winter days).
Available to work around peak hours, including nights, mornings, weekends, and holidays.
Always looking to improve, ask questions and seek out training.
