If you have a passion for technology and are experienced in day to day management of IT networks, then you have found your next career move.System Architects has been provided IT services and solutions since 1997 to small and mid-size clients in Canada.If you have a passion for technology, and enjoy the challenges of maintaining IT networks and would like the opportunity to grow into a senior technical role in a fast growing company then make sure you apply.JOB SUMMARY: Assist the technical team in implementing and maintaining clients’ infrastructure and solving day to day help desk issues.The ideal candidate should have worked at a MSP or an IT department for at least 1 year or more supporting IT networks for small to mid sized businesses.The candidate should be well-spoken and able to work in a team environment.Must Haves: 6 months to 1 year Windows Server Administration1 year providing end-user support in Apple and Windows environmentsMCSA or equivalent experienceFluent in English both written and spokenGreat customer service skillsAbility to multitask and have strong organizational skillsAbility to prioritize workload and adapt to new processes and procedures in a fast paced environmentStrong documentation skills, excellent verbal and written communicationTechnical background in supporting hardware such as servers, desktops, laptops and networks componentsValid Driver’s LicenseNice to Haves: Experience in MSP or IT Firm is considered an advantageVMWare and Hyper V is an assetVendor Certification such as SonicWALL, VMWare or CheckPointAdministration of Firewalls and SwitchesWhy start a career at System Architects?A career at System Architects is an opportunity to work with a highly motivated, energetic and growing team that has access to the latest technologies.
