Job Description : Serenity is looking for an Operations Manager in Denver, CO metro area. This role reports to the Regional Manger of Operations. This position is critical in our mission of helping people take back their lives from depression and anxiety. You will be responsible for the strategic alignment and daily operations in our clinic. We are looking for a leader who can lead and grow a team, and puts patient care first. This role is responsible for leading, educating and delivering results for our patients and our employees. What You will Do

Support an environment where staff are engaged while being committed to the highest standard of care.
Promote an optimal customer experience from the initial interaction through ongoing care in a refined atmosphere.
Ensure smooth patient flow in a fast-paced environment.
Lead people and manage processes to ensure adherence to Serenity standards.
Problem solve customer and staff issues as they arise.
Conduct daily operations including staff scheduling, office administration, and performance management.
Lead the hiring, training, and onboarding of clinic staff with the support of recruiters and trainers

What We Need from You

3+ years business management/supervisory experience.
A business degree in Marketing, Communications, Economics or Business Administration from an accredited University or an equivalent of education and/or experience in leading teams and driving business results.
We will train the healthcare aspects of the position, but you must have proven experience or knowledge in business acumen.
Positive attitude. Assume positive intent in others and optimizing each situation.
Bring your out-of-the-box problem-solving skills. Every person is unique, we approach issues that arise with a fresh perspective.
Direct approach to employee leadership. Stand up and take ownership of the team, the office, and patient outcomes.
Keen attention to detail. This is a strategic and tactical position where you are in the middle of the action and directing critical processes.
This position is a critical member of our company’s leadership team that will understand, reinforce, and lead by example in all policies and procedures.
You will promote and ensure the practice is successful for patients and employees.
Ability to educate, talk about, and help our customers understand what we offer them, soft sales experience

In accordance with Colorado’s Eqaual Pay for Equal Work Act this position has a salary range of $60,000 – $75,000 annually. with the opportunity of a quarterly discretionary bonus of up to $5000 per quarter. Factors that may be used to determine your actual salary may include your specific skills, how many years of experience you have and comparison to other employees currently in this same role. Most candidates will start in the middle to lower half of this range.
