Job Description : Our fun, positive, busy, happy, hard working and office is looking for a full-time, positive, happy, motivated, team player who would like to join our team as an orthodontic assistant.

We work full-time from Monday – Thursday at one of our two offices in Castle Rock (only 5 miles apart). We only work one Friday (8:00-1:00) per month and one Saturday (8-2) per month and we sign up for these – so you only work one of these days per month! We have one late night (6:00 PM on Tuesdays) but finish at 5:00 PM on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday. Best of all, we take approximately one week off per quarter and we work with our employees… some take these days off (they don’t count towards vacation) and others find ways to work some hours.
If you are excellent with patients and parents, hard working, flexible, have a great sense of humor, love a close and supportive team… well, that’s what we have here. We’d love to see if you are a good fit for us. Clinical skills are very important – but we honestly will train the right person (orthodontic experience is definitely a must). Personality and attitude are the most important things to us!
