Job Description : Excellent opportunity to help lead our successful team. We are a prestigious, pediatric dental office that is focused on customer service and creating a great dental experience for children. We are a private practice, not a clinic-type atmosphere. The right person will have a four year college degree or commensurate business and leadership experience.
We welcome someone who can excel in a large office environment and wants to start a career path that is very rewarding both financially as well as in personal growth. The candidate must be a self-motivated, detail-oriented team player with exceptional customer service and people/communication skills who can take the initiative to promote the practice while overseeing daily operations. Experience in human resources, managing people, and motivating them for success required and a minimum of 3 years in management. Must have previous experience in dental.
Duties vary; staff management, administrative support to the dentists, marketing, monitoring business goal numbers, and overseeing front desk systems and clinical team. Professional demeanor is a must. We are looking for someone who has proven leadership abilities and a strong organizational track record. We offer challenge, recognition, and the opportunity to work independently.
