Job Description : JOB DESCRIPTION
A financial services employer is looking for one Product Analyst in either Phoenix, AZ or New York, NY. The Enterprise Acquisition Products & Platform (EAPP) team is a core part of the Enterprise Digital & Data Solutions (EDDS) having responsibility for creating world class digital experiences to drive increased acquisitions. To drive acquisition growth, it is critical that our onboarding journeys are built on flexible, modern platforms that allow for rapid response to regulatory risks or new requirements. This role will work with cross-functional teams to help ensure alignment, communication, and execution of the overarching strategy. Responsibilities include:
Collaborates with stakeholders to understand and document high-level processes and requirements and other regulatory screenings that occurring during on-boarding.Synthesizes research and reporting to influence prioritization decisions.Collaborates closely with a large number of product teams to streamline the development of capabilities across multiple markets and channels.Tracks, maintains, and communicates project statuses.Maintains and enhances reporting used across the organization (including but not limited to development timelines, investment tracking, etc.)Facilitates effective decision-making through clear communication and updates to stakeholders and leaders.Identifies and defines new process improvement opportunities.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTSStrong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of informationStrong written and verbal communication skills (including but not limited to documentation, tracking, etc.)
An ability to collaborate effective with many stakeholders and teams across multiple time-zones.Organization skills with high attention to detail and accuracyAn ability to effectively adapt under changing conditions and prioritize initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
