Job Description : This opportunity is a fixed term contract position for the following shift rotations: 1. Weekly 8 hour rotating shifts between days and afternoons Afternoon shift premium: $0.65/hr2. 8 hours straight night shift from Sunday to Thursday Night shift premium: $0.85/hr3. 12 hours Continental shift rotation of 2 weeks days and 2 weeks nights Night shift premium: $1.65/hrWeekend shift premium: $4/hrThis is a NOC C level position.A successful candidate must be: Able to work rotating shifts and overtime when requiredAbility to meet/exceed goals in a fast-paced environmentStrong mechanical aptitudeAbility to perform heavy lifting when requiredMeets the physical demands of the positionExcellent hand-eye coordinationCommitment to adhere to the company’s GMPs including the wearing of PPECompetent problem-solving skillsWork in a team environmentHigh sense of urgencyAttention to detailPositive attitudeStrong communication skillsCommitment to Ferrero safety policies and proceduresPrevious experience operating manufacturing equipmentHow to be successful in the role and at Ferrero: Consumers, quality and care are at the heart of everything we do.
