Job Description : Your Backyard Haven is looking for an experienced Project Coordinator/Scheduler, to help achieve the company’s production goals, focusing on scheduling and working with the installation teams, to satisfy customer delivery expectations.Primary Function: The Project Coordinator/Scheduler is responsible for communicating with necessary staff for the scheduling of the installation of pools, hot tubs, landscape, and hardscape work. Position reports to President.Responsibilities: Coordinate and scheduling of field installations to ensure that the projects are completed on timeProvide communication to crews with respect to project start dates, progress, and completionEffectively communicate the work/installation schedules to appropriate partiesWork with crews, to ensure the proper materials are ordered correctly and delivered to siteQualifications: Experience preferably in Construction/Project Coordinator, or equivalent work and educational experience.Knowledge and experience with respect to organizational effectiveness and project managementGood organizational, verbal and written communication skillsAbility to multi-task and meet deadlinesWe offer:Competitive compensation and benefit packagePleasant office environment with on site parkingFull time permanent positionSalary NegotiableBenefits:Casual dressDental care, Extended health care, Vision careSchedule – Monday to FridayJob Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per yearBenefits:Casual dressDental careExtended health careVision careSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridayExperience:project management: 1 year (preferred)Construction Project Managers: 1 year (preferred)Application deadline: 2022-04-08
