The Bank offers a wide range of financial solutions to cater to personal, commercial, corporate, investment, treasury and trade requirements.We provide a stimulating and rewarding environment with significant opportunity for personal growth, competitive salary and benefits package.We are currently seeking a qualified banking professional for the Relationship Manager, College Fee Payments position.The incumbent is responsible for all areas related to sales and development of markets for College Fee Product: sourcing colleges, training and maintaining relationship in coordination with the reporting manager. This is a sales and relationship management oriented role.Area of Responsibility1. Responsible & accountable for the achievement of sales targets: On-Boarding of education institutions for the fee payment product, training colleges on the platform, relationship development & maintaining database to grow the business.2. Closely working with Product Team for the identification of new service and revenue opportunities, develop opportunity assessments and business cases and work closely for rolling out necessary modification.3. Responsible for business development and acquisition targets.4. Provide support to Colleges towards fee payments & refunds. Work closely with colleges for reconciliation of college data.5. Coordinate activities with product, operations team, internal development teams and other parties locally and in India for fees payment.6. Monitor industry statistics, trends, functionality, and regulatory environment. Monitor new product launches or other developments being done by competitors.7. Work closely with marketing team to develop collaterals for marketing of product.8. Participation in the events organised by various colleges, associations and educational bodies domestic & globally.9. Assist internal stakeholders in revenue generating opportunities.10. Ensure process training to all channels in coordination with reporting manager.11. Ensure all regulatory processes are adhered to within timeframes.12.
