Job Description:
The primary function of the Operations Process Manager – HOA is to manage the day-to-day Home Owners Association and County/City compliance functions across Tricon Residential’s portfolio.
Manage daily operations of HOA compliance needs to include correspondence with various third-party management companies and HOA boards in various states and cities
Manage daily operations of City/County Code Enforcement compliance needs, which includes correspondence with city/county officials and code compliance officers regarding regulatory business entity and rental registrations in various states, counties, and cities
Manage the coordination of HOA amenities through required administrative needs based on covenants of the HOA community
Manage the processing of all HOA mail correspondence (physical and digital) and ensure timely completion of all resident violations and rental/business registrations
Manage the data estate for all HOAs and their respective Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CC&R’s) documents
Manage Compliance Department’s budget
Develop current state process flows, identify gaps, and create process documentation to enhance efficiency of the operation
Highlight functional business risks, issues, and opportunities to leadership and business partners
Manage action steps necessary for successful execution of both strategic projects/initiatives and process improvement
Evaluate and research new processes, collecting relevant data and user stories to support business case development and project implementation
Serve as the subject matter expert on process improvement initiatives
Reports – Weekly, monthly and annual reporting on KPIs for compliance department
Assist with Legal Compliance concerns for TAH
Liaison between Legal Department and regional Property Management
Qualifications:
Strong management skills, proficiency, and experience navigating numerous HOAs, Cities, and Counties
Solid understanding of Federal Housing Rules and Regulations
Organized and excellent follow through
Ability to manage conflicts with discretion and patience to seek positive outcomes
Excellent communication skills both written and oral
Professional demeanor
Minimum Requirements:
BA preferred or equivalent experience
Strong computer skills
Yardi experience preferred
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and be flexible in an ever-changing environment

Pay: $72,490.00 – $120,780.00 per year
