We’re a team of passionate technology experts (we call ourselves Agents) who install, fix, solve, and enhance technology products for clients across the country. In this role our Agents are able to:Work 24 hours or more per week from the comfort of their own homeEarn competitive wagesTo be scheduled for 4 -5 shifts a weekAs a 24/7/365 business we require flexibility from our Agents. Shifts are up to 8.5 hours in length with start and end times varying from day to day.As a Remote Services Agent you will… Use phenomenal customer service skills to greet the client, determine their needs and make recommendationsFacilitate the complete solution of product repair, troubleshooting, upgrades, installations and other services using an online portal and remote desktop softwareTutor clients on the proper and optimal use of their productsIdentify and recommend additional solutions to the clientMaintain certain minimum KPI’s.
