Job Description : JOB DESCRIPTION:

You will be working 100% remote.
We are are a managed IT services company currently seeking a Level 1-2 Remote IT Support Technician who can independently troubleshoot and resolve IT issues. At 24hourtek, we believe in a team approach and foster an environment where everyone is willing to jump in and assist one another when needed.
Responsibilities include:

Provide remote technical support to our clients including mac and pc support, cloud services, network, server, and mobile device support
Maintain systems and make modifications to client infrastructure
Evaluate client’s operational efficiency of different IT systems and recommend improvements
Handle phone calls and monitor queue of callers
Handle tickets and monitor queue for new tickets
Track time and notes in ticketing system
Collaborate with team through phone, chat, and video calls

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
You must have at least 5+ years of IT experience, possess your bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field, have excellent organizational and time management skills, and be a top notch people person. You must have extensive experience fixing and troubleshooting computers, in Mac and PC environments. You should know how to work efficiently and be able to demonstrate a logical approach to solving problems. You must be disciplined, motivated, punctual, self-direct your time wisely, and be very detail oriented. The ideal candidate will have experience juggling multiple clients. You must also be able to type at least 40 words per minute.

COMPENSATION:
