Job Description : Fortune 4 CVS Health has an exciting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our dynamic team! The Talent Acquisition Partner – Clinical, serves as a talent advisor to our healthcare business segments by developing and executing a comprehensive recruitment strategy after fully understanding the needs of the hiring leaders, develops strong relationships with Hiring Leaders, HRBPs, and Talent Acquisition colleagues to deliver high quality proactive recruitment resulting in adding talent to CVS Health.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
With a focus on delivering an outstanding candidate and hiring leader experience, the ideal candidate will serve as a talent advisor to the business by developing and executing a comprehensive, proactive recruitment strategy, reviewing applicants, selecting candidates for interviews, managing the offer process and ensuring high quality hiring within established time frameCreates and executes on a sourcing strategy with the internal customer that includes timelines and deliverables and is knowledgeable on innovative sourcing practices and tools ensuring an adequate pipeline of qualified diverse candidatesActs as a business leader who has a specialty in recruitment communicates to candidate sand hiring leaders with knowledge about CVS Health, benefits and the businessUnderstands and strives to exceed metrics on all levels – candidate survey, hiring leader survey, time to fill, ect.

Required Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of recruiting and/or human resources experience.

Preferred Qualifications
Prior healthcare recruiting experience preferredHigh volume full-lifecycle recruiting and sourcing experience with demonstrable track record of delivering high impact recruiting solutionsExceptional organization skills an time management skills to ensure timely and proactive follow up on all activitiesExperience in innovative sourcing and posting processExperience building strong relationships and impacting decisionsSuperb communication skills in order to interact at all levels with applicants and senior level leadersHigh level of confidentiality and demonstrated ability to maintain sensitive information in strictest confidence and able to maintain absolute confidentiality in all business mattersProblem solving skills to solve problems on own with limited oversight (system issues, offer negotiations, etc) and understands when to escalate to a Senior TA Partner or ManagerMust be able to quickly grasp knowledge of business and understand the purpose of each position and how it supports the overall mission of helping people on their pathway to better health

Education
Bachelors degree required or 5 years of direct recruitment and/or human resources experience in combination with High School Diploma.
