Our team is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our core team as an individual contributor and help build & scale Rho’s commercial banking technology.

Responsibilities:

Own full life cycle recruitment for hiring across all roles on technology teams (engineering, data analytics, project management, etc.) and our operations (people, finance, customer experience, etc.) teams
Continually improve internal recruitment process to drive business scale and support the creation of a candidate first employer brand
Partner with cross-functional leads to understand hiring needs, translate needs into dynamic role descriptions and attract top talent aligned with those needs
Embed our values of empathy, diversity and transparency in all aspects of the hiring process including but not limited to job descriptions, external partnerships, candidate screening, interview training and community outreach to bolster a culture of diversity and inclusion where people can belong and continue to grow
Proactively identify and plan for upcoming trends within the hiring market, solve for those issues creatively as needed
Drive the build of a more dynamic recruiting culture by developing pipelines, creating candidate flow, and increasing people team and hiring manager buy-in to the recruiting process
Proactively source candidates through internal and external channels including networking, social media, employee referrals, internal movement, and other sourcing channels as needed
Leverage our ATS (Greenhouse) as a strategic tool by ensuring there is clean data for tracking and reporting to inform data-driven decisions for Talent Acquisition and cross-functional teams
Work with the broader People team to ensure consistency of all pre-hire processes, post-hire transition and documentation
Ensure compliance with state and federal laws and regulations related to recruitment

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years experience in full lifecycle recruitment across a variety of roles with the ability to source/recruit for specialized roles as needed
1+ year of experience in IT recruitment is a must
Experience tracking metrics and utilizing data to make decisions inclusive of time to close and headcount goals
A track record of hitting or exceeding performance goals consistently by engaging and closing hires that move on to be successful in their roles
