Position : Front Office Receptionist

Job Description : Dynamic, fun and fast paced Roseville optometry office is in search of a full-time Front Office Receptionist to join our family oriented team. Applicant must be able to multi-task, use a computer, have good verbal and written communication skills, and prior optometry related experience is helpful. But most importantly, candidate must have an energetic, happy-go-lucky friendly personality with excellent customer service skills.
This position will require the skill to take on many responsibilities and duties that include but are not limited to front desk duties, such as: greeting patients, checking in patients, understanding HIPPA, maintaining efficient patient flow, answering multi-line phone system, scheduling appointments for multiple doctors, checking and responding to emails, checking insurance benefits, working with EHR (electronic health records-Compulink Advantage).
Key Requirements:

Ability to work Mon-Thur 7:30am to 5:30pm and Fri 8:30am to 12:30pm
Knowledge of EHR (Compulink Advantage a plus)
Detail Oriented
Team Player
Strong verbal communication skills
