Job Description : Job Description | Warehouse Associate
The Warehouse Associate is responsible for various job duties that may include some, or all of the following: Materials handling, including receiving, packaging and loading of materials as well as other duties as outlined below. These duties are performed under general supervision following standard procedures and company guidelines. If you are an individual that enjoys working in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment and have prior experience in a similar role, we want to hear from you.
Essential Functions:
Cutting carpet/vinyl
Loading out materials for jobs
Receiving materials and stocking materials
Responsible for any returns that need to be put back into inventory daily.
Correcting roll balances, tagging and staging materials
Keeping warehouse and parking lot clean.
Warehouse and inventory organization

Job Requirements:
A minimum of one year working in a warehouse or similar environment.
Must be dependable, punctual and communicate well
A high school diploma, or the equivalent.
Experience in the flooring industry is a plus.
Basic computer knowledge is required.
Must be able to manage multiple tasks and have excellent follow up skills.
Capable of working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple projects.
Motivated and willing to work as a team

Physical Demands:
Work is to be performed in a warehouse environment.
Candidate must be able to walk, sit, bend, stoop, stand, and be capable of climbing stairs and ladders.
Candidate must be capable to lift up to 50 pounds.

Customer Service Representative
Job Summary:
Interact with customers, sales staff, administration and installation to ensure all customers orders and work are completed as needed and on time.
Primary Responsibilities:
Field calls and orders directly from customers and sales staff
Process customer orders in software system
Work with customers and or sales staff to resolve any discrepancies with order prior to processing
Communicate and work with installation staff to provide any necessary details on work to be performed
Maintains contact with other departments for order and task completion.
Responds to customer or internal department requests via telephone, e-mail or fax
Develop knowledge of all products and services company offers.

Additional Responsibilities:
Process payroll for work completed
Assists warehouse and admin with inventory
Aids sales in ensuring customer profile data and pricing is complete, accurate and up to date.
Other duties as determined by the Customer Service Manager

Experience And Background:
Experienced and proficient in Microsoft Office software package
Pleasant telephone voice/manner and ability to operate simple office equipment

Requirements:
Schedule flexibility. Willing and able to work as early as 7:00am or as late as 6pm as needed depending upon customer orders and work load. Normal work hours are 7:30 – 4:30, 8:30 – 5:30.
Positive attitude with a desire to work in a busy and fast paced setting.
Flexible, adaptable and excel in a teamwork setting

Beneficial:
Experience in construction or flooring industry
English / Spanish Bi-lingual
