Our company is a Denver based company, that connects up-and-coming photographers with brides along the front range. We provide excellent prices to couples while helping you as a photographer gain the experience and portfolio needed to establish yourself as a professional wedding photographer. If you see yourself becoming a professional wedding photographer or would like to fill your calendar with weddings, this is the best job you could ask for. We are looking for a few new photographers to join our team for 7 to 15 months. This is a contract position, not a full time job. Most of our photographers shoot 1-2 weddings a week from the end of May through October.Our ideal candidate has professional camera equipment (including a camera body with the equivalent of a Canon 70D, back-up DSLR, multiple lenses and flash/lighting equipment- Please do not apply if you only have an entry level DSLR). We strongly believe that portfolios speak louder than a resume, so we also hire hobbyists who are trying to break into the profession. Pictures and personality are the most important criteria for this job. Candidates also need to use a post editing software such as Photoshop or Lightroom. THIS IS NOT AN INTERNSHIP, we are a promoting agency for up-and-coming professionals. We give you opportunities to take your photography skills and abilities to the wedding setting without the hassle of advertising or client management. With over 400 weddings a year and growing, you will have the opportunity to experience a variety of different weddings/events and grow your portfolio and confidence. You will retain rights to all your work, allowing you to grow your personal portfolio.The best part of about this job is we handle all the marketing, client meetings and paperwork allowing you to focus on your craft of taking photos and post production. compensation: $200-$400 per full wedding. Overtime, gratuities, and travel compensation for distances that qualify. Photographers retain rights to all photos taken.
