Job Description : $20-$33 PER HOUR for commercial cleaning. Welcome to BluePeak Facility Services! I tried to reimagine the way cleaning professionals were paid. Traditionally, jobs were paid by the hour and had a standard number of hours to complete within the budget. This made it so the employee felt they had to stay longer to make their money, completely understandable! Management would often times pressure them to work faster, to increase profits, and have the employee make less money, resulting in a poor relationship between manager and employee.Here at BluePeak, we value your TIME to get home and spend time doing what you really want, with more money in your pocket. We offer short shifts (3-5 hours), paying $100 per visit if the job is done well! Time does not matter, if you work fast, you get paid the same $100, if you want to take your time and go slow, you still make the $100! We offer 6 days per week, which can work out to $2600 per month for a job well done. It is important that you are in good physical shape, have a good attitude, and strong attention to detail.We are a small family-owned company with lots of room to grow. Those who work well with us will have opportunities in the future to move up and manage their own crew. We take care of our employees, and want to know that our clients are in good hands when you enter their facility.Requirements: QUALIFICATIONS FOR A PART-TIME CLEANER / JANITORIAL FIELD TECHNICIAN
