Job Description : Male candidatesPosting of all day-to-day accounting entriesPreparing of various working sales reconciliation statement on daily basisPreparation of sales MIS of particular branch and division assignedRaising all types of invoices for the assigned branch & division(air or sea) and overseas with E-InvoiceEnsure Strengthening of Bills Receivables / Bills Payable both Branch & Division and if informed then OverseasReduction of over-dues through timely co-ordination with all relevant business owners, Procurement, Accounting and Finance, Digital, Legal and Operations.Ensure to send fortnight wise outstanding emails for local debtors and overseas debtorsMaintaining Debtors Ledgers for the assigned Branch, Division & OverseasCompilation of various supporting Documents and InvoicesPreparation of Airline/Liner BP reports, Foreign Remittance, branch BRS, Import Invoice, Air CAN& Sea CAN Invoice.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per monthBenefits:Cell phone reimbursementSchedule:Day shiftCOVID-19 considerations:Wear a mask, maintain social distancingSpeak with the employer+91-XXXXXXXXXXApplication Deadline: 06/04/2022
